At Dorsia Men, we strive to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return policy to ensure clarity and transparency for our customers.
Non-Returnable Items
Most of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return or provide a replacement, subject to the following conditions:
Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at enquiry@dorsiamen.com.
Proof: Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
Return Process: If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received (except for the reported damage or defect).
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
Made-to-order items that are not damaged or defective.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned after the 7-day notification period.
Refunds
If a return is approved for a damaged or defective item:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective due to our error.
